History: Xiaxaou was found as an infant in Northern China by a lone mountain family. They raised him during his earlier years, giving him his first words and ideals. Eventually, as the family felt it was proper and the boys duty to earth, he was given as a very young boy to the Xiaolin temple of the north. There, he was raised, and learned the art of Chuan Fei, as well as the inner piece. At the age of 16, he left the temple, and headed to southern china. There, he has traveled and learned from the commoners and others alike. Now, he sets off to learn more, and help do what he can for his mother earth.
Over time, he began to learn why exactly the monks believed he was the child of the earth, as it seemed to call to him. He often found himself moving to places, for unknown reasons, only to find the land being destroyed. He soon discovered that he was truly one with the earth, and that the earth itself had gifted him with the power to defend her. He indeed was, truly was born of the earth.
On both of his arms an underneath his robe, he has Iron and Steel full arm gauntlets. They fully cover his arms, and seem to move with him effortlessly. The parts are detachable and are often found in one of two places. His gloves can often be found on his waist, beneath his cloak. Or, he will plunge his arms into the earth, and call the gauntlets to him.
His secondary weapons are Chinese earth and sun hammers. They are large, one handed hammers that are extremely heavy. With each hit, they make the earth tremble. He has been known to sculpt the earth with them.
He also carries a Guqin, the long Chinese stringed instrument. He carries this in a black cloth bag on his back. He sits on one leg, and places it in his lap to play it. He often uses the element of air, to use it as a weapon.
He Has the ability to control every aspect of the earth. He can move it, shape it, meld it, and move within it. He keeps things in it, and sleeps there as well. The earth will speak to him, through the ground, the trees, and its plants and animals. He will often step into it, and travel from continent to continent, doing its bidding.
He often uses his iron gauntlets to move the earth in combat, as well as his earth and sun hammers. Often, he will change the topography of a region after cleansing it of whatever plagued it.
He also has the ability to command the air and wind. He uses them to sculpt the earth, and most often, uses them with his instrument, the Guqin. With every strum of the strings, he pushes the air out as a lethal weapon, cutting things down in its path. As well, the earth will also move to the sounds and vibrations the instrument creates.
